News For Lodge Secretaries

The new Membership Program, CLMS (Chicago Lodge Membership System), is now available for download from the Grand Lodge Web Site.  Remember there is no charge for the software and future upgrades when it is downloaded from the GL Web site. 

Please remember that the Chicago help line is available for technical support.  Questions about how to use the software need to be asked of the State CLMS Coordinator. We are trying to identify at least one person in NC that will act as the state coordinator.  We would like to have at least one in each district. If you are a Secretary, have YUMA experience, and know your way around a computer please call or email me and volunteer.

As you download the new software please send me an email message so I know what Lodges are starting the process of using CLMS.
