Below is the text of a letter that I have sent by US mail to each
of the
Exalted Rulers. Please be sure to have this read at your next meeting
and
adjust your schedules accordingly. I apologize for any inconvenience.
"Recently, I was informed that the April 4th DD clinic falls on Easter
Sunday. When scheduling the clinic on a Microsoft calendar, I was
unaware
that April 4th was Easter Sunday. I am writing this letter to inform
you
that the clinic is being rescheduled for April 11th. It will still be
held
at the Fayetteville Lodge at 3269 Gables Drive Fayetteville NC 28301
Please be reminded that attendance for the following officers is
required
unless excused by me:
Exalted Ruler
Leading Knight
Secretary
Chairman of the Trustees
