Calabash Elks Donate $4,000 to Support Homeless Veterans Programs
The Calabash Elks Veterans Affairs Committee recently donated $4,000 through the Elks National Foundation’s Beacon Grant program to support two vital programs assisting homeless veterans in our region. The Calabash Elks Lodge Veterans Affairs Committee recently participated in the ECU Smiles for Veterans Day on Friday, August 22nd, that was held in conjunction with the ECU Health Foundation and the East Carolina University (ECU) Dental Clinic in Bolivia, NC.
