Brother Acton served as North Carolina State President during the 2014–2015 year and was a dedicated and active member of the Calabash Elks Lodge. Veterans Annual Christmas Tree Lighting
Elks Lodge #1679, Sanford, NC - Three Elks lodges within the East Central Region of North Carolina joined forces to support the annual lighting of an Elks-donated Christmas tree at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Living Center.
