Sanford Elks Lodge #1679 Youth Wins First Place in the Nation for Drug Awareness Poster

Sanford Elks Lodge #1679 is proud to announce that local student Maci Carter has been awarded First Place in the Nation for her outstanding entry in the Elks National Drug Awareness Poster Contest. This remarkable achievement highlights both Maci’s talent and her commitment to helping spread the important message of living a drug-free life.

Her creative and meaningful artwork stood out among entries from across the United States, earning her the top national honor in this year’s competition.

North Carolina’s State Drug Awareness Chairman, Bob Miller, joined us at the Lodge for a special presentation to recognize Maci’s accomplishment. Lodge members, family, and supporters gathered to congratulate her on this impressive national award.
